you know why I'm so rad? Well besides the fact that I am now the proud owner of a tight little shirt that reads "Frickin' Rad!". I am teh uber rad because I am here to rock you like a hurricane!!!!!
I did the treadmill for 30 minutes this morning and burned 208 calories. Grrrrrrrrrrr!!! I'm all high on endorphins.
I am now on a mission to be more healthy. Binging on crab rangoon then getting sick and purging was a wake up call. I need to take better care of myself.
