This Christmas turned out to be less than stellar. Not in the bratty "I didn't get what I want!" Vercua Salt type of way, but the "My parents had a huge fight, my grandfather is on his deathbed, my mentally challenged and physically handicapped uncle has no one to take care of him and my mother was gone thismorning and I don't know where she is and my dad isn't speaking" type of way.
My best friend probably had a shitty Christmas. I'm worried about her.
Then I come here and read some people's journals and realize how much people of my generation are self centered selfish brats who think making fun of others is a great way to boost their moods. Happy Kwanza everyone.

yeah, I know what you mean, mine was quite out of the ordinary,i didn't see either of my parents, and my dad is mad at me over something really childish....i ended up seeing my aunt and uncle but not my own parents....oh well people will eventually see the error of their ways
