Well I just went back over the contract for this thing I'm working on and found things like:
Apr 29: absolute final cutoff for any copy / creative.

then I went and found that of the 7 versions of the creative that I have for this project, only two were received before that deadline. In fact the most recent one was today, the one before that was two weeks ago.

And they wonder why it's late.
