Well looks like the illness won, at least for a little while there, I'm starting to feel alot better now. I managed to sleep 17 hours the night before last and then 12 hours last night. I was awake for a total of 6 hours yesterday. That's one of those things that tells you you've been working too hard and not getting enough sleep.
The monday night thing was good, got to meet some new people and see some people I hadn't seen in a while. Looking forward to the next get together, see everyone again.
Sitting around the house right now watching movies and curled up drinking water and huddled under blankets. Should be back to the normal life tommorow, I hope so at least I've got a meeting monday I still need to prepare for.

Obviously not better enough to be in at work, though! Maybe you're still asleep. You do the most amazing marathon sleep sessions when you're ill.
