Thought of the day: Dying for someone's easy, but would you live for them, that's the trick.
Dying just takes a moment, one action and it's done, the consequences of it just take care of themselves, and you never need to know if they appreciated it or not. Living for someone takes the rest of your life, all the moments of it. The little things that matter to them not you, and the big ones that matter to you both. Every decision made with them in mind for the rest of your life.
Just watched some random movie where one character would die for another, it always rings hollow to me, the easy way.
