I'm really starting to hate insurance companies.

First it's we just need a rough count, with a total value.
Then it's we need some examples, to give us an idea of the kinda of items in your collection.
Then we move onto, we need a list of what they left behind.
Now we're at, we need a complete list of exactly which items were taken with the ones left behind taken off it.

You know, asking for that right away of instead of waiting till I've been staring at empty shelves for three and a half weeks gives a much better chance of actually producing an accurate list.
