Oh no! Is it old? If it's quite new, take it back and say it was a present (hence if it's say, two months old you may only just have been given it though it was bought a while back) and you just opened the box and found it broken and it MUST have happened in transit.

If you can't do that (some people are just too honest...) then... well it's very sad. But maybe you can get it fixed for a reasonable amount of money?

a friend of mine at work has little zztop beard on his nipples. best part is the rest of his chest is completely hairless, so the beards truly stand out. it's fantastical!
