I promised and now I will deliver.

Fresh off the heals of a post talking about trying to eat less meat, I have been heavily searching out a new bbq smoker to purchase. Why is this good news?...because I'm quite the fucking grill master and am looking at hosting a meat fest in the following month or so after I break in the new pit...I just might invite you if I think you're worthy. Anyhow, these are the monsters I'm trying to decide between:
Royall 3000

Royall 2000

Country Smoker CS-680

Green Mountain Grills Jim Bowie

and Traeger Texas Grill (BBQ075)

I like the features of the Royall 3000 the best but the price is a bit much for it, I may just get the 2000. Unless they really piss me off when I call to find out some more info, that will probably be my new baby. Ill update on what I end up purchasing and then follow up with seasoning of the pit and my subsequent meatquests that come from it. I'm sure doolittle, thrasher and kflick will be happy with food tasting at my house.

I got to eat with the dirty pirate-snatch named aldremech down in Tucson last week, he tried to seduce me with pizza slices the size of my head.
