Camping last weekend was fun. Granted, I show up with all my ultralight gear and everyone else pulls up in their campers and trailers. The weekend was a total drunken blur thanks to a bottle of Jameson and an unexpected depression bout but a few cool things happened. I made friends with a few new people, learned of some new music and i hit a softball about 30 miles because i swung at it with a 10lb sledge hammer. High five!
Plans are starting to be made for my friend Ben's wedding. I'm still really upset that I am not the best man...I feel a rather strong return of Bitterman coming on thanks to this. I don't even want to be part of the wedding to tell you the truth. I know Ben has known Sean for longer than me (just a few months) but I have been the one by his side for the past 15 years of our life where Sean has done his own thing separate from Ben for the majority of their friendship. I know there has to be a better word for it but I feel betrayed over the situation. Its eating me up inside and I know I need to say something to Ben about it but I have no idea how to go across letting him know my disappointment in his decision.
New Iphone Thursday is tomorrow...hopefully white ones will actually be around so I can switch my pre-ordered black one for it.
