good news before sad news today is the name of the game but as always i keep it short and incomplete

first off, go wish one of my favorite people a happy birthday. shes a wonderful person both on here and in real life...im a lucky man that her and her hubby-to-be asked me to be part of their wedding next year.

a friend sent me an ep in the mail a few weeks ago from a group called 'the soul's release' that has been playing constantly in my truck...its pretty mellow but some of you might enjoy it. tell me what you think of it


i get to see my close friend myles on thursday before i head off for california because his younger brother passed away today. its really messing with me because cory had a long history of issues from both drug use and a chemical imbalance...no one should ever die in their mid twenties
