thrasher also likes the idea that i give hobos beer, cigarettes and hamburgers for photographing them in stl...im no saint
but then again im not here to help them; only to record them. ive been shooting them and the abandon buildings throughout downtown stl for the past couple days and i must say its been a little scary...it would be really easy to get jumped or mugged in the early mornings. i really dont know if ill do anything with the photos...shooting the homeless has been done a million times before but i find them in their surroundings to be very fascinating.
alyse is taking me to a few things in the next days for some fun times...extreme dodgeball, a weird modern art installation, chicago for a cubbies game (and hopefully niketown),bud tours, dierdorf and harts for steaks, stl style bbq and drunken nights at white castle (i hope to ride a leopard on my way there)
after all this, i go to seattle for a brief second to hang the three photos a gentleman bought from me and to go eat sushi with my sister and brother...ill be back in az on the 22nd
