I've asked this question in the tattoo group and in SGVA group but I just can't seem to get an answer worth looking into. Anyway my question is does anyone know where there is a good tattoo shop in VA? I'm getting a tattoo that I've wanted for a while but just couldn't find anyone that I really wanted to do the work for me. I want someone who really knows what they're doing to tattoo me! I'm getting it for X-mas so I'm trying to find a shop before hand. Any suggestions?
