Its been a bit since I updated - Ive been caught up in a spate of reading andother stuff and just havent felt like stopping in for more than the odd snarky remark on the news boards... yeah yeah Im slacking I know..
Im so un-festive this year.. Im not sure why, but Im just feeling that I cant wait for the whole holiday rush-pressure-craziness to be over.Im such a grinch. I did bring my beanie down to the local Santy Claus parade last night though (this town has it in the evening) and it was fun. My daughter was totally over the moon, she loved it so much. I had to restrain her from dancing in front of the floats and down the road. My kid? Shrinking violet? I think not.
I have lots on my mind right now- a friend who just ran into her totally insane sociopathic ex -husband after 4 years and is now really upset and worried about her safety... a couple of health problems of mine that are giving me a bit of worry...lots of other stuff too. Sorry if Im not my usual cheery self.

-Ive decided that I like Terry Pratchett's version of the Xmas/Yule winter feast (Hogswatchnight) better than the one in this reality. If you could make the Xmas/Yule/WInter Solstice celebration anything you want it to be, what would you make it? Or is this too complicated a question?
-What's your favourite breakfast ?
-What's the most unusual music you listen to?

I also like Banghara Style or Bollywood and Ashley MacIsaac's rockin' fiddle and some pagan artisits. But honestly in SG land I sorta think Folk is about the most odd thing that can come up.
Either way I listen to all kinds of stuff, obviously.
