Yay me I managed to find the soundtrack to Labyrinth in Virgin's latest sale. It's classic 80s in so many ways, but it's a great film and it brings forth very fond memories. Also found the soundtrack to Ravenous. Aside it from it being one of my all-time fave films, the soundtrack is a particularly bizarre and haunting affair crafted by Damon Allbarn using authentic period instruments. 
Watched Catch Me If You Can last night. I had actually never given it much thought, figuring that it was a slice of schmaltz that would annoy me. However, was pleasantly surprised how deftly and lightly the tale was handled. Abignale was an amazing character hard to believe he got away with what he did!
Still picking up the guitar have now had my fill of Deftones songs and am now trying some 36 Crazyfists and Slipknot's Duality. The latter is easier that I expected, although it doesn't sound right as my Washburn doesn't like detuning below drop D. Must start remembering to unplug my pedal properly though so I don't go through so many batteries...
Not much else to report otherwise, life keep ticking over, still waiting for Ebay stuff to arrive in the post. Maybe this weekend I'll actually summon the will to actually put up the things I want to sell. Or maybe not. I guess it depend on whether I end up spending the whole weekend gaming (again).

It might not suck as bad as the first two prequels. I will probably drag myself to go see it in the theater at some point, out of my last shred of loyalty to a once-glorious series. But... I dunno if I can make myself face it, dude. The Star Wars prequels flamed out faster and worse than the Matrix sequels (with those, at least I got to really love the first movie).
Maybe I'll just ask you for spoilers when the film arrives.
