Well the weekend was pretty cool I guess, albeit rather low-key. Friday's 'couple' of beers turned into more than I anticipated and I just caught the last tube home whilst drunkenly munching on BK and got back about 1am. So, got up late on Saturday ran around the supermarket and then popped over to Clapham for some Cyberpunk action with some old friends. Got loads of tedious chores done on Sunday then popped home to see my ma. Weekend gone. Tsk why aren't they ever long enough?

Now back at work on my lonesome as everyone else has buggered off for the half-term break. Been ruminating over my finances and things are looking far from good. Whilst I am capable of treading water for now, I have the additional problem of having to save up for several stag trips and wedding trips later this year, plus possible Download action too (and that's not including a proper holiday of any kind). And there are *far* too many DVDs and CDs calling to me every time I walk past Woolworths/Virgin/HMV. Poo

So despite my cravings for company, general social activites (and shiny things)I may have to curtail my instincts somewhat this month. And although I'm really looking forward to the Bank Holiday weekend coming up, I may even have to bail on this week's impending meet. Besides, I really *should* finish prepping my game's production files before the publisher takes a bite out of my ass...

(And BTW The new 36 Crazyfists is slicker than the first album, although not quite as catchy, but it is very cool and growing on me fast!)
