Well my of my old best mates is getting married on Saturday. Torn between wanting to a) congratulate him on being so sure about that part of his life and b) berate him for adopting the usual stereotypical type ceremony and setup. Tsk. He's bringing his own vicar though, so maybe that'll make things a little more interesting. The evening so should be entertaining and the family and friends really *aren't* going to mix very well... smile

Oh, and how cool is this? I find a room at a place called the Badger's Rest!!! Hmm maybe it's only me that finds the word Badger so amusing... whatever

Will be heading down to Surrey tomorrow afternoon with some friends to get settled in there early. Apparently the do's an all-nighter, but I do wonder how long I'll be able to stay awake for... bok

(Oh yeah and hurrah for finally making onto SGUK they don't hate me after all! smile )

I too find the word badger tres amusant... particularly the mythical olde english sport of badger spanking; best completed with a varnished and oiled cedarwood badger spanking paddle. Still carried out by clandestine societies in the dead of night despite it's illegality.

I made the sport up but it sounds so real... he he.

It really doesn't depend on the movies.
