Finished week one of Crossfit and I'm sore as hell. Feel muscles I didn't even know I had. Today was a nice relaxing day. Didn't really do a damn thing. Going to the range tomorrow and that's about it.

YES! The end of this journey is in sight. Hope to be home by turkey day. Missed my son leaving on his first deployment. It'll be over a year since I've seen him by the time he gets home. FML. Missed to much of my kids growing up. Looking forward to spending as much time as possible with the other 2.
All these years I've had to run and dealt with the lower back issues, knees have gotten worse and I finally know why. I'm a heavy heel striker.
