After 24 years, I just took my uniform off for the last time. Just finished my final out-processing. It's been a great (for the most part) part of my life and I will miss it. I'll miss the fantastic people I've had the pleasure of serving with. I've been around Marines, Army, and a little Navy and consider all of them brothers and sisters; I always will and I will always be there for them in any way I can. I'm not a mister until 1 Feb but it's just now really starting to sink in that won't be an active part of the life I've truly loved. I will miss it.
