I'm trying to find someone in Toronto who will do a formal market-value appraisal of my bike so that I can register for the insurance that came with the Kryptonite U-lock I bought a few days ago. It's turning out to be more difficult than I expected.

yeah after i got over the creepiness of it, i kept thinking how rich i'd be if i could actually make it happen on cue.
