Well another winter wonderland type of day. Snow is starting to melt so thats good. Suppose to be getting anther dumping friday so thats bad. Had my workout today, did my mourning and evening. Didn't make and excuses to get out of them so I am happy about that. I love the Kettlebell lifting and I've got a second bell on the way! I think I'll have to add some pictures of the odd looking lifts I do with these little balls of hand held humility. Wow am I boring TTYL
