Well I'm back from my trip (not that anyone noticed I was gone). I shot some craps, played some blackjack and made it out of Laughlin with money in my pocket. Overall an interesting time. Had one of the biggest thunderstorms I've ever seen happen while I was out there. Freaky stuff.
On the more exciting side of news I have to say this week has been one of the very best ones I've ever had. I had a great meeting with the Recreation Program Coordinator at the Redlands Community Center and he is very excited to have me teaching CST at their center. I have to bring a proposal in Wednesday and I should have classes starting in October. He also is going to set up an interview for me with the local newspaper. It looks like with any luck CST should be really kicking off in Redlands and I will be at the head of it.
I also met a girl this week. It was one of those instant chemistry things. It was a completely inexplicable encounter random chance situation and we really hit it off. I've never had that nervous butterflies feeling before and I like it. So fingers crossed that things only keep getting better from here.
