looks like the rains back. All muggy today and cold. I wouldn't mind winter weather so much if it were just consistent! I can't stand these all the seasons in one week kind of winters. On a more positive note I've almost lost 20lbs 9 of which I dropped in the last 28 days! I've never done that before and I did it with exercise and healthy eating. No diet crap. So I'm feeling pretty good about myself right now.
