I'm laying here a sweaty exhausted mess. Great high intensity workout tonight. I've been working hard for nearly 3 months now and I am really seeing results. The weight has been slow to come off but is finally dropping and body composition has significantly changed too. I am finally at that threshold where the amount of muscle and metabolic burn is high enough to start burning off the fat. I think after I finish this cycle I'll post the pictures showing my progress. I've never been in a better position to realize my goals and obtain the career I want than I am right now. Just need to keep on track.
