So, I spent my day off asleep, and then trucked off to Daxx's for a burger at Toby's (his treat), and then I made brownies at his place. Then Xixi came over with weed. Yay!

The longest day. The shortest night. The sun is at it's apex, and the days begin to wane. The holly king comes to take he place of the oak king. A time to cherrish solar deities and gods of fertility and parenthood. I follow a sun god on a personal level. This holiday of growth and healing is important to me.
Personally, I plan to be awake when the sun rises tomorrow morning, watching it come up probably at Trout Lake. Not ideal, but nice enough.
I'll be there with a mug full of java and a container of brownies at around 4:45, so I have to be up at 3-ish so I can make the brownies. Whoo, for no sleep, but whatever. Anyone who is want to join me is welcome to, as I would like the company, but I don't expect anyone to.
Something more...accessible to you all might be meeting me at Wreck Beach tomorrow. I plan to be there around 6-ish for enjoying the day, but I will be there for a while when the sun goes down to play with fire for a while. I gots the mad skills, and look forward to showing 'em off.

On a different note, on my way home from Daxx's place, I realized that me not having my ID is a really convenient excuse not to go to Luvafair tonight. To be honest, I really don't want to see any of the people I am attracted to in such a situation. It just makes me pine for things that can't be and generally feel worse about myself. Sorry my friends, but I see I still need some more time to heal.
