jesus, i forgot to tell everyone i got a new job bussing (for the moment) at a mexican restaurant. the end of the line for me is in a month or so when i move into bar-backing, my ultimate goal being tending the bar. go team liquor!
it's a hell of a lot busier and a hell of a lot more work than coffee, even during the busy times, but i like it a hell of a lot better, too.
past that...i've got a new house in ballard as of september. it's pretty badass and we'll be able to stay for as long as we want after the first year is up. it's a cool little spot.
i also finally figured out how to transfer about 250 songs into my music player. which rocks so hard i can't even describe it. it's a really mixed bag. everything from bjork to the kinks. lots of goodness that i was maddened i couldn't listen to consistently. so now, preCD collection, i'm sitting at about 14 gigabytes of music. it's going to at least double once all those CDs are on. life is good.
