In my entire life, I have never really looked up to anyone. In the past month, I have found two people that I find to be the coolest. The first is Steve Gilbert. This man's in town for a month. If you ever come into my bar, talk to him for 30 seconds, and you'll realize why I think he is cool as shit. He has bartended for 21 year's, but he's not a bartender, he's a traveler.
The second is yet another bartender at a different bar. I label her cool mainly because it feels like we grew up in the same family. We have the same characteristics, tastes, and she makes me laugh which is hard to do. She looks like a punk rock version of Audrey Hepnurn. Check her out at Mulleady's Irish Pub. I never ever speak this highly of people. If you happen to run into Sarah, or Steve you will understand why I think they are the shit.
