my town, back in Italy, summer sunset big and red up in the sky,
I am wearing a mohican and think that there will always be a tomorrow,
my clothes are little more than rags, my enthusiasm and my sweat from too much skating
are the only things I care for.
One girl likes me and I still remember her name more than 15 years later;
we thought being rebels was the normal way every kid lives through these years,
we thought that the concrete skateparks of Los Angeles
and the tubular waves of Waikiki were just a little dream away
from our asphalt lives.
We thought that all of these things identified us
and told a story about who we were,
different from the previous generation.

I sooo never saw you as the skating type. But I love how stuff reminds you of happy memories. Glad you got to have one of those moments.

I learned years ago that my ass can't do a cartwheel so there is no chance of me doing anything 180. LOL But that's pretty cool that you could still do one.
