Finished washing my dishes and putting them away. My pantry is so empty now. I suppose I will slowly fill it back up.
I watched TAPS Ghosthunters today, and it was an awesome episode. They were in a cabin in RI that was from the 1700's.
There had been reports of the bed vibrating, chairs vibrating while someone was sitting in them, doors opening etc.
Well, the lead investigator and another member caught the bed moving AND heard a door latch from the closet.
Another investigator felt like he was GRABBED on the arm while he was taping a member sitting in the chair, that was vibrating while he was in it.
The best was the closet door.
There was door one, closet, door 2 and another bedroom (closet linked to both rooms)
The only way into bedroom 2 was through the closet.
Steve, one of the staff, went into bedroom 2, walked out and LATCHED the door behind him. He went through the other door into bedroom 1, and closed the door. A minute or so later, he opened door 1 and door 2 was WIDE OPEN.
Even better was they caught, ON VIDEO, door number 1 opening, then closing. 20 minutes later it opened again, and closed HARD.
So the two lead team members went up and messed with the doors and noticed it takes a lot of force to move those doors (ruling out accidental breeze, gravity etc)
They basically came to the conclusion that the place was indeed haunted. Usually they can debunk everything with science, but they couldn't in that place.
That house had been visited 20 years ago by Ed and Lorraine Warren. They are ghost hunters as well, but they use a different approach ie. Larraine's psychic abilities to sense spirits. They rated the place as an 11 on a scale of 1-10 for activity, hence the appeal for TAPS to investigate.
Definately a good episode.
Makes me want to get into ghost hunting again...and get actual equipment.
Maybe when I go to college I'll master in wolve related stuff and get parapsych as a minor. Who knows.
