90% of our stuff is moved to the new place. Going back Monday to finish up and clean.
Those people who were supposed to look at the place again didn't show or call.
Eh.
3 things can happen now.
1. She finds someone to rent the place, absolving us of the lease.
2. She doesn't find someone and the place goes into foreclosure again, and I don't think she can collect rent on an apartment she doesn't own anymore.
3. She takes us to small claims court and the judge laughs at her because of the state of the apartment.
I suppose we will find out.
