So my weight loss will resume once we move again. Everything has been so fucking hectic lately.
The negative attitude of downstairs literally infests the apartment and puts me in a rotten mood...almost daily.
The new place has a weight bench and possibly punching bag in the basement, so...
workouts will resume.
I also plan on getting some blood work done. Weight loss is damn fucking tough for me, so I want to get my thyroid checked. My aunt had hers checked, got some meds for it and lost like 60 lbs. Apparently it was just not working correctly.

Keep up the hard work with your weight loss. One thing I would say, try your best to get out of the negative attitude, you will just get depressed and it will impact everything. With depression, just realize when you feel it hitting you, that it is what it is and it will pass. It takes a lot of work to drop off weight sometimes, but you can do it.
