Finally saw the damn fawns today. I didn't get too close to them, but I saw them. I also picked up a road kill doe for my boss.
See, we have these vaginal transmitters we will be putting in does so we know where they are when they drop fawns, then we can collar the fawns. Well...he doesn't really know how to "install" them, so he needs a road kill to practice on. I snagged one on the way home from the fawn tracking today.

Christine and I went to Whole Foods today...and she bought a bunch of Vegan stuff...and oddly I like some of it. This is coming from a guy who would eat nothing but meat if left to his own volition.
Can't really complain though. It's making me lose weight without trying...so...
