So Christine was handed an injured chipmunk the other day...that she brought home...and it promptly died.

My eggs are cut.
2 pastels, 3 normals. One pastel came out and it's a female. That's the one I am keeping. It's good too because she is the brightest out of the two of them.

OH!! I managed to elude death today. I was driving and one of those huge flatbed trailers carrying those HUGE black plastic drainage tubes was coming the other way. All of a sudden, one of the tubes rolls off the top of the truck in front of my car. It was far enough away that I slowed to a stop and watched it bounce onto someone's lawn...
but then, NEXT to my car...the other two give way...
I floor it and just miss getting crunched.

So I drive a bit, then it hits me. I pull over and call the cops...tell them where it is etc.
Here's the funny part...
East Main goes up the hill...as does New Harwington Rd. Torringford street connects them...
so I take New Harwington because the hill is less steep. New Harwington connects to East Main at the bottom of the hill. I get to that junction, and I have to stop to let the cops that were dispatched by the call I made...go up the hill. Well...that made me get stuck behind a red light.
So I do the right thing...and call the cops...and I get kharmically kicked in the nuts by the red light? That's fair. Haha.

It needs to stop fucking raining...
It's rained 6 days, 1-2 days off, then rain again...
for two weeks...
and it's supposed to rain until like...next Wednesday.

I get a new gun...and no weather to shoot it in.
