Arty fing:
Had a pretty quiet new years eve. I'd ran out of steam from working over Xmas so I wasn't really up for partying. Not that I ever really am anyway. I got pretty drunk though.
Been thinking about resolutions. Usually I take 'em way way too seriously. I always end up beating myself up for not keeping up with them. So this year I'm making an effort not to be too hard on myself. Time to take it easy. I gotta find a job and get some serious drawing done. But that's it. The rest is just about having fun and I want 2010 to be fucking fun.
Got a lot planned so far too. I'm working on a story for those two characters up top. I got a couple of stories I'm drawing for people and I've been asked to design a skateboard deck. Which should be fun.
I was gonna do a list of my top things of the year. Can't be bothered. I enjoyed District 9 and Star Trek. Played a lot of good games.
I have to mention my find music wise of the year though. BORIS. They're a band from Japan. They're pretty hard to describe. They can be slow and brooding and then fast and thrashy as fuck. I really like 'em.
