Heading back home on Sunday. It's going to be strange living with the 'rents again. The novelty of having my meals cooked for me will wear off after a few days I'm sure. My kid sister is all grown up and never home now, in fact I think she's moving in with her boyfriend soon, I can't believe it! They're such a cute couple though. Its strange being back and not having her around though, especially as we actually get along now instead of fighting like cat and dog! I'll be out the house working most of the time though, or walking the dogs or at the pub with dad. I'm such a daddy's girl!
I think being back in the country will do me good. Peace, quiet and fresh air to clear my head.
Everyone clears off back home tomorrow morning, so going to try and shoot a proper set saying as I'll have the place to myself. I'm a bit nervous about it. I don't have a photographer so am trying the self shot thing. Just hope it works. The standards of the sets going up at the moment seem so high, even if I found a mate to shoot it for me I think I'd have a job getting enough quality shots. We'll see though, practice makes perfect! Got some positive feedback off people in the hopefuls group (thank you so much all of you 
) and think I've got the lighting and white balance issues sorted.
Went on a site visit yesterday. I got all excited, was like a kid in a playground. Yeah a bit sad I knowbut hey It's a huge project though, and all sorts of interesting things going on. It's a hospital and the main new adult ward is a massive 6 storey post tensioned concrete frame, there's random lift shafts shooting up being made using jump form, culverts being cast, we went down into the services corridor yeah its cool I can't wait to qualify and get out there all the time, see a project through to the end. I had a few walls which I looked after over the summer and they were really big walls, but I can't wait to have a whole building that I'm pretty much responsible for.
Should be going out tonight to celebrate end of term but I'm just so tired 
and getting stressed about the amount of work I have to do (8 whole pieces of coursework set over Easter yep 8bastards), the Africa group have stopped doing work recently and seem to have forgotten we now only have just over 2 months to raise a minimum of 11 grand 
My ex is doing a good job of getting me down too I hate it when he manages to do that Going to sit and watch Friday night TV and eat ice cream instead
