HOLY CRAP!

One Night Stand is in 17 hours.. well, that's setup time. Doors are Saturday at 9!

I was interviewed live on CHUO today and the interview went really well! The host even did her research on me and threw a few questions that I wasn't expecting. It might have gone to my head a little bit that the interview became more about me than about burlesque... but whatever! It was my 4th interview in a week. Second radio interview... clearly I'm doing something right!

The article in the Citizen yesterday was FANTASTIC. I think my mom read it smile

I'm procrastinating. I need to get back to printing set lists and pricing merch.

I thought Dove was ingenuous with the commercials proclaiming that people who were old and physically unattractive were not. They may have decided to be a bit more authentic, but this video is a wonderful thing for them to have made. I've seen docs that showed women's bodies being narrowed 20% in software for cover pictures. Where is a real person supposed to get a narrow pelvis? Surely we are not solely ornamental objects, as much as I do appreciate taste and style. I feel better now!

(I don't look any better, though!) wink
