The holidays just don't feel the same without family to spend them with. I'm used to being in a house fully decorated, Christmas tunes playing throughout the day and my dog dressed up in holiday attire. I don't even really feel like it's Christmas. Living in California it's always warm, which isn't a bad thing it just doesn't feel the same when the holidays roll around. Cataclysm came out on the 7th and I hit 85 yesterday, looking forward to geeking out with my friends in the weeks to come.
Working during the holidays is always brutal, I've run into a lot of pleasant people and a lot of not so pleasant people, but I guess that's to be expected.
Not having a significant other during the holidays is sort of depressing. I'm used to always having a loved one around this time of year. No one to cuddle up with during the cold nights. :[
Oh well, enough sappy talk. Back to WoW.
