Well I just sent out a big bunch of invoices yesterday...

If they all get paid on time, and I can keep up a good amount of work for the next month it looks like I'll be able to hit up burning man this year.

I was approved for an $80,000 mortgage today. Not too great, though I'd imagine that lending institutions are exactly jumping up and down to lend money to a self employed 22 year old.

Time to liquify some assets and start looking at houses.
