French Fries are vastly superior when they're baked, rather than fried. Does that make them French Bakes? I'm not sure, but regardless, a few yukon golds, frenched, seasoned lightly, baked in a pan with a light coating of olive oil at maybe 425 for a while, then dusted with pepper after they come out?

The ordering computers were sorta down at the wawa tonight.

Saw Star Wars Episode III tonight.

Wasn't especially impressed, but it wasn't that bad either.

I don't do anything. If that's someone's only means of getting around, then far be it for me to prevent them from getting where they want to go. I just hope they know what they are doing because riding the outside of a railroad car at 60MPH isn't really the safest thing in the world to do.

Hahahaha...

I just flew down to Miami RIGHT when a hurricae was supposed to hit land. Setup a fireworks display on a barge. Got the ONLY perfectly calm three hour period in the entire week right when the show was supposed to go. And finally struck the show just before the rain started (like, an hour before).

I have now gotten my FOURTH broken treo from verizon... Seriously, this is starting to resemble a bad sit-com. Four in a row, all of them broken in the exact same way out of the box.

also on a side note, i may have a company to work with that can make all talk-to-text functions for text/emails on ALL phones - so you can speak your email into the mic & itll send - all that at the touch of a button!

The NEW replacement from verizon doesn't work either... I think I'm going to start a broken treo collection. I'm up to three in less than a week.

wow, this week was hell...

Another one bites the dust...

Yet another pair of my friends are getting married... I won't be there, so I sent a gift.
the rate of marriages amoung my friends seems to be increasing drastically... I blame el nino.

Another short 12 hour day doing fireworks... Too many more of these and I'll start going soft.
Luckily we've got a nice three site barge show coming up that should be pretty intense. I'll have my own little barge jam packed with fireworks, and a little plywood shed to huddle in and control the show (or at least my site).
