I would check out Cyberpixels simply because that's what I use. It's reliable, and pretty cheap--$6/month for 200mb space, $8/month for 300mb space, $10/month for 400mb space (which is what I have, and barely use all the space of). Go check it out.

Domain registration is by the year, and by different companies (oftentimes web space providers offer to purchase it in your name, but due to lack of trust I prefer to buy my domain myself). Dotster's where I got mine, and it's $14.95/year (which is pretty much as cheap as domain registration gets). I haven't had any problems with them yet, and I've had my domain for a few years.
