yesterday I ran 8 miles just out of the blue, not a good idea. my legs are killing me today! mostly my calves. Im not a couch potato that just decided to run like that, i stay fairly active, but ive never ran more than a 5k at one time. It felt good though, i did some of it with my cousin. We are going to do some triathlons and mountain bike races this summer so we decided to start getting in shape. It should be fun, ill keep you updated on the progress. tomorrow we have a mountain bike session planed at some local trails which is going to be nice because i can finally use my new mountain bike i got this winter.
