Actually I can think of a wonderful reason 🥰, I just didn’t know it was so visible on my face.
I know that some may laugh. But this is my best time doing a jog/walk combo. 3 miles less than an hour. The best part is I know I’m only getting stronger, faster, better. Soon I’ll be able to jog the whole way without switching to walking. #newpersonalbest #limitbreaker #unstoppable #dontstopmenow
