I was absolutely gutted that Last nights jog was a serious step back. It made me upset and I felt that I had something to prove to myself.
Today Boom! New personal best. Previous record was 54:09.66. Tonight I smashed it at 50:35.11. Three miles, under an hour.
This might seem like nothing to you but to me it’s a huge accomplishment, and I’m only getting better every day. Today is a small victory. I may honestly take tomorrow off because I’m already sore as all hell. 😂
But next time we push further.
