Maybe no writing today...just a smile on my face....my younger brother has been in two fights in his life...well...fights with strangers...he's not physically imposing at all...5-11, 185 and neither ripped nor odd, just kinda broad shouldered and well fed...anyway...he is the nicest kid, people always like him..he is patient..friendly , intelligent...likeable...he lacks my temper...and the weight of trail blazing, as it should be, being younger...so back to the fights...my brother absolutely smashed a kid for hitting his best friend's girlfriend...it was his bestfriend Marc's girlfriend Nikki's brother that got smashed...he, Nikki's brother hit her ...my brother's bestfriend was drunk and passed out on the Bart...my brother was visiting San Fran for his bestfriend's birthday...so my brother broke the kids face, smashed him off the pavement repeatedly....his first fight, he snapped, saw the girl get hit, and went fucking ape shit.
My brother's second fight was tonight...some random kid hit his random girlfriend now ex...for breaking up... which sucks..and is unfortunate, the hitting, don't never hit a woman...my brother wasn't going to step in until the kid started going after the him, granted the kid was drunk, hell, the girl wasn't even around when the kid went after my brother...my brother...didn't know the girl anymore than the guy...so, my brother warns the kid over the course of an hour repeatedly after the kid shoulders him, stares him down, etc...a series of events...until the kid finally swung at my brother, who was standing amongst the kid's friends...and then the shit hit the fan, my brother hit him, and took him to the ground, the kid tried to bite, kick, claw, etc, and my brother smacked the kid off the door, out cold...the friends just watched...so two fights both over someone hitting women, both triumphant traverses for my mellow patient younger brother...and stupid as it seems, as an older brother I have done well...I am smiling
