College football is now on full blast ..

Lots of fun ... Rutgers is ranked #11 ...

An 0-3 Syracuse team can win @ #18 Louisville 38-35 ..

Ball State can put a scare in Nebraska and only lose 41-40 ..

South Florida blows out North Carolina ...

I just love to find out who might get the next upset ..

And who is impressive next ...

Its good to be working too ...

And church starting *Allen Avenue Unitarian Universalist ... so I can do RE and get back in touch with people there..

Oh and i love fall weather ... even if it is shorter here in Maine ...

But the Phillies make up 7 games back in 17 days and make the playoffs!! .. WOOO!!

Yeah, it was tough to watch. But it's hard for me to be upset with a true freshman QB like Riley. Sure it was a huge time management fuck-up, but the kid did so well just to get them into FG range. The main problem was Cal's defense. Specifically defending the rush. I'm a huge Cal fan, but I'm honestly not at all surprised that they finally lost a game. They've been playing down to their opponents all season. They're still a great team, probably top 5-8., but not a top 3 or 4. At least I don't think they are, having watched all their games this season.
