I saw the psychiatrist today. What bullshit. He basically said go for a walk to prove my mother wrong and everything will be okay. whatever blackeyed Can I have this to make me feel better?

Psychiatrists are, well, difficult to deal with. Sometimes you have to give them a while to get into a groove. But then if there is still nothing going after a bit you'd better find a different one.
