Well... I guess autumn is setting in again... Misty mornings, moisty evenings, clouded skies, that specific forestscent when you go for a hike in nature...
Suffered from some lower back pain the last two weeks. In a stupid way I hurt my back while swinging my leg over the saddle of my bicycle hehe... I'm quite tall, and my bike is 23", so I have to lift my leg quite high. Luckily it's getting better now.
After my trip to Thailand in February, and with the fact that I have 3x a week class at the academy of arts in Gent; i've lost the motivation to go to the gym too. So... in order to get back in a bit of a shape, and strengthen my back and abdominal muscles, i'm going to check on Freeletics now... Bodyweight workouts... I'm curious
This weekend it's 16 years of Orange Factory fest... featuring Ufomammut and ColourHaze and Monomyth. It's gonna be a blast...
Some nice gigs coming up too: Dodheimsgard & Troll, Satyricon, Amon Amarth & Carcass, Vista Chino, hell yeah
