I feel like here I can be myself, even in my less sensual side LOL!
I confess that I have unusual habits for someone my age, my friends always comment on this, but these are exercises that bring me peace and that I always do to relax, are you ready?

I'm not 80 years old, but I like to start my days drinking coffee and crocheting, it's almost a ritual for me.

I take this so seriously that my house is filled with cushions, blankets, cup holders, vases, electronic covers and much more, all made of crochet, for me it is relaxing, like meditating.

I like to test new lines with simple stitches, I buy a lot of lines with different textures, touches and materials, if the line is simple I make more elaborate stitches, I recently made a post on my personal Instagram showing some of my cushions, if you're curious, Click here :)

But it doesn't end there, as soon as I finish my coffee and my crochet, I'm going to take care of my plants, and yes, THERE ARE A LOT, if I were to post my entire garden here we would have an album with more than 100 photos.

For now, this is my favorite vertical garden wall in the house, I have two more and I have fun taking new cuttings from my plants to put more plants everywhere.

I prefer foliage to flowers, and I like to pick foliage with different colors to create my garden.
My favorites are the ones that mix different shades of green with purple or wine color.

These are some of my favorite hobbies that undoubtedly keep me sane, they calm me in an almost therapeutic way, they are not very conventional in our generation, but I feel like they should, they help a lot when it comes to calming my nerves!!!
