Today I will share with you SGland the story of one of my rescued cats.
Her name is Princesa (princess in portuguese) and she was found on a highway with her hips broken and almost dead by a policeman friend of mine and he took her to my house and then to the vet.
She was so cute but still skinny and with the saddest eyes and the doctor said that she would need to operate her hips to be able to walk again.
She operated and was suceed! She stayed in the hospital for more three days to receive some medical care and then she was able to go home with the condition that she can't jump or climb in highs places for fifteen days and in that case I decided to bring her to my bedroom (my bed is a mattress on the floor so represents no danger to her recovery).
She was a little scared in the beggining but then she made friendship with my other cat feiticeira (enchantress in english) that looks a lot like her and started to feel more happy and relaxed and her recovery was going very very well.
Well, her fur has grown, your movements are back to normal and her itself has grew a lot. And as you see the sad looks are over and she made friendship of ALL the cats of my house. This last pic is how she was going right now. I'm very proud of my little warrior, she's so strong.
