I know exactly how you feel about being "housebound"
Its not much fun at all. I am sorry you are in a not so fun situation.
I also know the longing to speak to others.. I mean, I havent been down here very long (a bit over a year) and I dont really know anybody. So, while I do speak to people.. its not any sort of decent conversation. Which is something I long for. Oh well, I suppose one day I will find someone that I can relate to on some levels and actually have a decent conversation.
Honestly, people give me shit for being a "Yankee" as it were, and its something I just dont understand. I mean I have been called "yank" whilst staying in London with my now ex-fiance.. but, its kinda sad when I get it here.. I mean, the only reason I even moved down here is because my family moved down here a year ahead of me because of my fathers job.. I came down a year later with my older brother because I missed my family. Kinda pathetic.
Anyhow. Sorry for the rambling..
Again, I just want to say welcome.. I am obviously rather new here myself, but, its a fun place to spend some time.
By the way.. I like your new tattoo.
Where did you get it done? Ive been looking for a decent tattoo shop in the area as I am planning on getting my first one done sometime soon here.
