I'm thinking about making some beer.

I saw Alton Brown do it and it seemed fairly easy... but he makes everything look easy.

I'v got an idea for the label already. See below!


I'd really like to a nice stout...(rip off guiness) but the dude at the store said i'd be best to start out on a pale ale. due to fermentation time and so on i bought "The Complete Joy of Home Brewing" i've got some reading to do.

u could do it when you add the sugar for the fermentation part 2 depending how sweet u want your beer but to get it moooore so crunk do it in the beginning during the making of your WORT...when you boil the water barley malt and steeping the bitter hops ..the bitter hops should balance out the sweetness of the liquid..then you let it ferment.....the end product will be much more like mead....for my page squire and i who have been traveling a fortnight....but with carbonation
